Prerequisite is several years of experience in fire protection.
Contents
This training enables you to train fire safety assistants comprehensively and in accordance with the law. The legal basis for this is Section 10 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (ArbSchG) "First aid and other emergency measures" in conjunction with the Technical Rules for Workplaces ASR A 2.2 "Measures against fires" and DGUV Regulation 1 "Principles of prevention".
To ensure the quality of fire safety assistant training, the German Social Accident Insurance (DGUV) has defined clear requirements for trainers in collaboration with fire safety experts. This training ensures that participants can apply what they have learnt safely and effectively.
The following people, for example, can be considered as fire safety assistant trainers:
- Graduates from a university or university of applied sciences specialising in fire protection
- Certified fire safety officers
- Occupational safety specialists with fire protection training
- Members of the fire brigade (volunteer fire brigade, plant fire brigade, professional fire brigade) who have completed at least the "Group leader" course
This seminar provides you with the necessary knowledge and didactic skills to conduct fire safety assistant training courses. The correct handling of a fire extinguisher is demonstrated on camera so that participants can experience its use in a practical way.
